Every review on this site is based on real research — published pricing, verified user reviews on Trustpilot and Glassdoor, and hands-on analysis of onboarding processes. When a company hides its pricing, we say so. When employee reviews are poor, we report it.

This site was built by Paul Bailey, who has hired and managed virtual assistants across multiple businesses and industries. He built Assistant Scout to give business owners the transparent, independent comparison resource he wished existed when he started hiring VAs.
